 Alaskan salmon  fishing in July  The fish have arrived. All five salmon species are here in numbers. The first two weeks of July the Alaskan salmon fishing gets red hot. The king salmon are still in and the silvers, chums, pink, and sockeye salmon show up in vast numbers. After about the fifteenth the king fishing slows down. We will still pick up a few through the month but the main run is over. The silver pink and chum fishing is exceptional all through the end of August.
